This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Safety Products. 

What does this limited warranty cover?

During the Warranty Period, Safety Products will either repair or replace, at no additional cost to the consumer, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance; using new or refurbished parts.

If such an option is not available, the company shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, to: 

  • Provide the customer with a 1 for 1 exchange of the same item purchased.
  • Provide the customer with a similar alternative which is acceptable to the customer.
  • Allow the customer to exchange the defective item with items similarly valued.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for goods purchased from Safety Products, is 30 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement physical good or part, assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Improper handling of physical good (i.e Accidental Drops)
  • Change of mind
In event of which, the company shall exercise its sole and absolute discretion whether to charge a replacement fee for the Repair / Replacement works, and or not to carry out the Repair / Replacement works.
