    We accept cash, cheque, or Paynow.

  • How do I place an order?

  • What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)/ minimum amount for purchase?
    We do not have a minimum order quantity or amount. However, please kindly note that orders below S$200.00 is subject to a delivery charge of $30. Alternatively, you may arrange for self-collection.

  • How long will it take to process my order?
    Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days for ready made items.
    For customised items, please contact your salesperson.

  • I would like to make a bulk order of XXX, do you have enough stock?
    Please kindly contact our staff for stock availability.

  • What if the item(s) runs out of stock after I have ordered or made payment?
    We will send an email to keep you posted on the item(s) availability. If the item(s) is no longer available, we will cancel the order and refund any payment made.

  • My company requires a quotation, can you provide us with one?
    Kindly email us at: sales@safetyproduct.com.sg with your requirements, so that we may provide you with a quotation.

  • Do you offer credit terms?
    Please kindly contact our staff for assistance.


  • We cannot find a certain item from your website, do you provide it?
    Please kindly provide us with the item details and/or pictures and we will provide you with a quote.

  • Customisation – How do I get a quote for custom items?
    Kindly send us the requirements for your custom made items along with any drawings, picture of final product, and brief us. We will provide you with a quotation as soon as we can.


Delivery / Self collection

  • Where do you deliver?
    We currently deliver to the whole of Singapore. However, please note that there will be a delivery surcharge of $30 for the following areas: CBD/Jurong Island/Military Camps/Changi Airport.

  • How much is the delivery fees?
    We provide free delivery for orders above S$200.00. Please note that free delivery does not extend to CBD/Jurong Island/Military Camps/Changi Airport.
    Alternatively, you may also arrange self-collection at any of our branches, just let us know in advance so we can prepare the items for you beforehand.
  • May I waive off delivery fees?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to waive off delivery fees. You may wish to self-collect at any one of our outlets.

  • Can I request the date and time of the delivery?
    We are unable to provide this service. Our apologies. 

  • What do I do if I have changes to my order?
    Please kindly contact your salesperson.
    For custom made items, there will be additional costs incurred once the item is fabricated and amendments are required. 

  • Will there be charges incurred if I missed the delivery?
    Yes.There will be a re-attempt charge of $20.
    Please kindly note for cash (COD) terms, we reserve the right to bring back the items, should the relevant payment (Cash/cheque) not be paid to our delivery personnel during delivery. We will deem this as a missed delivery. 


Exchange and Refund

  • What happen if the item(s) I received is faulty or different from my order?
    For ready stock items, we will provide a 1 for 1 change of the same, or similar item. If the item is out of stock, the customer may then choose  similarly valued product to exchange with.

    For customised items, if changes are required due in part of negligence on your end, (i.e forgetting additional pockets) there will be costs incurred.
